By accessing or using KalviYogi and Edunivra platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Optional Public Learning Impact measurement and external exam verification are available only to adults aged 18 or older. Under-18 learners are excluded from both features. Agreement to these Terms does not enrol anyone in optional measurement.

Usage Guidelines

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Use content for personal, educational purposes only
• Not redistribute, resell, or copy any content without permission
• Not misuse, hack, or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Provide only genuine, accurate, and authorised assessment or result-verification information
• Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct

User Accounts

Content Access

Our platform offers different access levels:

• Public Content: Available to all visitors
• Login Required: Requires a free account
• Premium Content: Requires premium access
• Restricted Content: Available to specifically authorized users

Intellectual Property

All content, audio, logos, designs, and trademarks on this platform belong to Edunivra Pvt Ltd / KalviYogi, unless stated otherwise.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our branding or logos without permission
• Create derivative works from our content
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Learning Impact Statistics

KalviYogi may publish read-only, aggregate learning-impact statistics for eligible samples and defined 7-day, 30-day, or 90-day periods. Each published view may include its sample size, method, last-updated time, and correction history.

• Only activity that passes the published validity and deduplication rules is eligible. Fake, automated, repeated, skipped, impossible, or manipulated playback and assessment activity may be rejected.
• Pending, disputed, rejected, or unverified claims are not included in published outcome statistics.
• A statistic may be withheld and shown as Not Yet Measured when the sample is too small or the required information is incomplete or unverified.
• We may correct or restate a statistic when verified information, a calculation error, or the published method changes. Material corrections will remain documented.

These statistics describe an eligible group under a stated method. They are not a promise, guarantee, prediction, endorsement, or proof that KalviYogi caused a learner's marks, rank, selection, admission, employment, or other outcome.

Assessments and Optional Exam Verification

Matched pre- and post-assessment measurement and external exam verification are optional. When personal information is needed for these features, KalviYogi asks for a separate affirmative choice as explained in our Privacy Policy.

• You must be 18 or older and may submit only your own result.
• Evidence must be genuine, complete enough to verify the claim, and must not be altered, fabricated, reused for another person, or taken from a third party without authority.
• Submit only the minimum requested evidence. Do not upload Aadhaar, PAN, bank or health records, or unrelated documents. Remove or cover unrelated address, date-of-birth, signature, QR-code, document-number, and identity details before upload.
• Where available and permitted, you authorise KalviYogi's designated reviewer to compare the minimum information with an official result source or issuing authority for the requested verification.
• Public statistics will not disclose your identity, individual marks or rank, uploaded documents, or raw activity.

False, altered, duplicate, or unauthorised evidence may be rejected, removed from statistics, and recorded in a correction history. Deliberate abuse may lead to suspension or termination after an appropriate review.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues beyond our control
• We make no guarantees about continuous, uninterrupted service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post a new literal revision date and notify users of material changes. Where applicable law requires an affirmative agreement or a separate consent for new processing, we will request it directly rather than relying only on continued use.
